An Open Letter to My Clients

You have been good to me, supporting my business for more than thirty years. However, the time has come for me to finally take down my shingle.

I am deeply appreciative of all my clients, from the large corporate clients, to the academic institutions, to the small “mom & pop” clients, and to the Internet startups I helped get off the ground; all of you have helped make my consulting practice a success.

As some of you know, I have made the transition from Engineer to Artist. And with this new year, my goal is to work exclusively on creating and marketing my art.

I deeply appreciate the confidence that you, my clients, have entrusted in me, and my team, to build quality software systems for you. I now invite your continued support as I complete the transition from engineering to fine arts.

And to my friends, OCNS colleagues (https://www.cnsorg.org/), and former coworkers who share my interest in computational neuroscience, I maintain this interest and am continuing my studies and research in this field; so I guess I’m not completely retired from software engineering after all!

Kindest Regards and best wishes for the New Year(s) — 2024 and beyond!
